The food labelling laws do not differentiate between simple sugars (usually processed  from cane sugar and other sources) and complex sugars such as complex carbs from vegetables. We are obliged to count the complex sugars from the fibres and plant content of our powdered herbs as sugar. There is no processed sugars such as table sugar added to MetaBuz™
