BodyBuz has done its best to ensure images of our product range are accurate depictions of the actual product, however we do not guarantee it. The descriptions and information supplied is true to the real product at time of website publication.
BodyBuz reserves the right to make corrections to errors and omissions. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars, including relevant GST, unless stated otherwise. Prices and bonus offers are available only while stock lasts. Customers are to assume accessories are not included unless otherwise stated.

2.03 Purchasing a BodyBuz™ product
When purchasing a BodyBuz product we hope find the shopping experience a positive one.
We provide live and online demonstrations through events, expos, trade shows and markets as well as pre-booked demonstrations at your place of business or in-home via our professional Affiliate and Reseller network, as well as active and even interactive demonstrations through our You Tube, Facebook and Twitter pages, encouraging our customers to become an active part of the BodyBuz experience, through your feed-back, testimonials and recipes.
2.04 Online Shopping
When placing an online order you will receive an email confirmation or your order details. If, for any reason, BodyBuz doesn’t have the product you ordered in stock, we will contact you immediately to offer a refund or to let you know how long till we have stock.
2.05 Order & Payment Options
The following order and payment options are currently available.
Order Online – Pay with VISA or MasterCard (secure gateway).

2.06 Exchange, Refunds and Returns Policy.
BodyBuz will exchange/refund any MetaBuz™ chair tea product within 14 days of the purchase transaction if the product is returned in its original packaging and submitted with proof of purchase (tax invoice/receipt, eftpos slip and/or packaging slip).
Customers returning products do so at their own cost and risk.
Any orders sent internationally to countries other than Australia are non-refundable.
BodyBuz will replace any goods that are delivered to their destination in a faulty or damaged condition. If Customers lodge a notification of their intention to return a damaged good to the Customer Service Department within 24 hours of the product’s delivery we will ship a replacement as a priority.
Our pop up stalls and events are not authorised to issue refunds for security reasons. These staff are not trained to do this. They do not have the facilities to issue a refund. They do not have the access codes to the eftpos machines to issue refunds.
Exchange/Refunds will only be reimbursed after the product has been received.
Any orders sent internationally to countries other than Australia are non-refundable.
Where there is a conflict between an Australian consumer protection law and this policy, the law shall prevail.
Steps To Claim a Refund:
1. Contact our Customer Service Department who will supply you a Return Authorisation Number within 3 working days. This Number can also be obtained from our pop up stalls and events where you purchased the product immediately from the sales consultant.
3. Our Customer Service Department will supply a Refund Claim Form to complete and email to us. You can download this form here. This Form can also be obtained from our pop up stalls and events where you purchased the product immediately from the sales consultant.
4. Return the product: to the shop/ stall of purchase, and supply your details for our Customer Service Department to contact you. Obtain a receipt for the product that you returned. Complete a Refund Claim Form at the stall or by email.
4. Your claim will be processed within 3 working days. Refund cheques are posted and an confirmation email or phone call is sent. We use refund cheques or electronic funds transfer. The funds will be transferred to the BSB and account numbers that you supplied. When the funds are transferred to the account details that you supplied the refund will be deemed to have been complete, regardless of whether you supply an incorrect account detail. So please write your account numbers with clearly and accurately.

All items in this shop are for shipping throughout Australia only. Orders can be shipped internationally on request to certain countries only. BodyBuz prefer to use PEP Transport or Australia Post to ship either directly to your home or workplace.
If you are not at the designated delivery location when the driver arrives, they will leave at note receipt at the premises and the item will be delivered to the nearest post office for collection by you.

If you wish to use your own courier select Scheduled Pick Up from the shipping options and notify us in the notes section of you intentions or email us immediately you have placed the order.
If you are emailing us please include your order number, name and contact number.
Scheduled Pick Ups
Orders may also be collected from an event, trade show, expo or a BodyBuz Affiliate depending on the availability at the time.
When your order has been processed and money received, your item will be dispatched as soon as we possibly can. During the normal working week this would the same day or the next day depending on when we receive the final payment.
Orders will generally be dispatched out of our Perth warehouse so the deliver times will generally be 1 – 3 working days, sometimes more depending on Australia Post.
We won’t sell or disclose your details to anyone. Everything we do, we do openly, honestly and with upmost integrity.
Our web page does not record any information about you other than what is volunteered by you, and your IP address for order security. If you choose to supply us with your email address it will be stored for purposes of supplying you with requested information, improving our content, notifying you of updates to the web page and information relevant to BodyBuz.
When processing credit cards online we DO NOT store credit card information. Your payment will be processed by a secure bank hosted gateway or third party secure gateway hosted company.
We do not sell or rent any of your details to anyone and you may choose to be removed from our mailing list at any time by following instructions at the bottom of all automated correspondence or by notifying us.
If you supply us with your postal address on-line you will only receive the information for which you provided us your address. If you supply us with your telephone number(s) on-line will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding orders placed on-line or information requested. We do not partner with any ad server companies trying to sell you anything. From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our Web site to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses.
