How to change, cancel, put on hold, or reactivate your MetaBuz™ or AloeBuz™ subscription. 28 February, 2023

0:00 We are going to talk about how to change, cancel, put on hold, or reactivate your subscription.

0:11 So let's quickly swap over to a website. And I've logged in as a "TESTSALE" customer. So this is an account we have set up for testing.

0:23 I've logged in, I've scrolled to the bottom of the page and I'm in my account. So let's just show you where that is.

0:32 It doesn't matter what page you're on on the website. If you need to find where I'm going to, in a minute, go to my account, which is at the bottom of every page.

0:43 That's after you log in. Then we go to subscriptions and we're going to have a look at this subscription here.

0:52 So the first thing we're going to do is we can see that it's active. We started at 36 minutes ago.

1:03 It's paid with that one there. And the first thing we're going to do is to change the order. So down here you can see a box.

1:11 It's not very clear. It says upgrade or downgrade. And it's if we want to change that order, that's what we click. So we'll click on that box there, and it takes us to the order.

1:23 At the moment, it's set for one of these, one packet of MetaBuz™. Nothing else, nothing else, nothing else. And it's set for every year.

1:37 So there are limited things you can change, but you can change certain things. And I think that is the product that you can change.

1:49 So let's change that from one to two, and then we will go sign up. Now see that's doubled in price and it takes a while for the website to process.

2:05 Now you see that when you go to your checkout, there's the account completely changed. So instead of having one of those, it's two of them.

2:18 And if you want that to carry on, you just put your payment in there and so on and so on and so on.

2:26 So, let's navigate back to my account. That's how you change the quantity and type of products that you want to water.

2:37 Next thing we're going do is to cancel, put on hold and reactivate. So a lot of people go away for a holiday, they get too much product and they want to stop this for a while.

2:49 So log in, navigate to your account, have a look at the subscription, and then just cancel it. Now when you press that cancel Button, you can cancel it permanently or you can just put it on hold.

3:04 It's the same button. Press the cancel button, and it is now effectively cancelled. It has been cancelled and it is pending.

3:15 So it means it can be reversed. So as long as you've set your account to that, it's never ever going to start up again.

3:24 So let's say you go on holiday, you come back, you use up your product, you want some more and you want to reactivate this subscription.

3:33 So you press the reactivate button and you're away again. So it'll be set for the next scheduled payment. If that payment date has already gone, it'll ask you for immediate payment and it'll start straight away.
