RESPONSIBILITIES. ASSIST THE CEO IN HIS ROLE OF: • Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures • Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth • Establish policies that promote company culture and vision • Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Events, Sales, Finance etc.) • Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication • Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics • Write and submit reports to the Board in all matters of importance • Manage relationships with partners/vendorsPERSONAL ASSISTANT REQUIREMENTS • Proven experience as Personal Assistant or related role • Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, events etc. • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics • Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure and MS Office • Outstanding organizational abilities • Excellent interpersonal skills • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving • Formal qualifications in communication, human resources, training and assessment, business or administration would be an advantage. * Experience essentialINITIAL INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR ROLE PART TIME. * Manage attendance of remote staff by daily attendance audits. * Assist with management of ticketed tasks of remote staff by regular review of these especially when the CEO is occupied full time with events.
