A. The yellow bottle is the recommended serving size. This is approximately 10.9 g or 28 ml by volume.
How much cold or hot water should I add that to? It is to your taste. If you like it strong, have it in a large glass, but most people would have the serving size in a smoothie or a litre of cold water or a large pot of hot water as a tea.
Fill the bottle with MetaBuz™ powder, screw the yellow cap back on and that becomes the serving size.
The yellow bottle seals well and can be taken anywhere with you including in your pocket or in your bag. Give your spares to a friend to try.
The serving size is about right for most people. MetaBuz™ can be taken as a chai tea (1 spoonful with cup of hot water or 1 serving size in a thermos) , coffee, with a smoothie, in yoghurt, with food and in or on food, cold water etc. It is to your taste and everyone's taste is different. If you don't use your serving size in one go, carry it around and have it on the go.
If you want to know how many teaspoons is equivalent to the recommended serving size, then please measure it from the yellow screw lid bottle. Everyone loads up a teaspoon differently- it is a very imprecise measurement.
