There may be several issues behind this. Firstly all customers that have been on autoship orders since before December 2015 will need to make sure they have updated their payment details to go through the PayPal payment gateway. You don't need to have a Paypal account to continue or start your autoship order.
If something goes wrong and you don't get your order confirmation by email and on the shopping cart page then there are several ways to resolve this:
- Go to our FAQ pages and look for solutions- there are some on line movies on how to do this. Write down the steps if you are not sure on how to do this. you may not be familiar with on line ordering and it takes a little time.
- Try again. Create a new order and start all over. We have never had a order double up when someone does this. And if it does happen you can phone us or email us and will will cancel the duplicated order and refund any moneys.
- Get help from a person you trust and who knows how to order things on the web.
